Expenses and things that have to do with expenses–staff reduced from 17.5 to 16.7 people. There was a twelve percent decrease in staff to provider ratio, which is good because providers generate revenue whereas staff tend to be expenses. There was 67 percent decrease transcription costs. And, in conjunction with the affects on revenue there was a fifteen month average payback period.
